THE EARLY BIRD ACBSP GROUP ROOM RATE IS:
$109.00 Per night*
INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS:
Each individual guest must make their own reservations by calling the toll-free Central Reservations Department at 1-866-944-9653 by August 19, 2015.
They must identify themselves as members of the ACBSP Group, with:
Reservation # 1510INTE_001
and use the same reservation # listed above.
All reservations must be guaranteed by the individual and accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Each individual has up to 72 hours prior to arrival date to cancel the individual room with no cancellation fee. If the individual cancels the room within 72 hours of the arrival date, 100% of the first night’s room rate plus tax will be charged to the individual’s credit card or taken from the deposit.
*Hotel room rates are subject to applicable transient guest tax, state and local taxes (currently 16.775%).
If Group is tax-exempt, it must present all documentation required by Hotel and pay in the manner specified by Hotel. If Group is claiming tax-exempt status, Otherwise, Group will be charged all applicable taxes
ROOM RESERVATION CUTOFF DATE:
Reservations by attendees must be received on or before 08-19-2015. After this date, rooms not reserved by rooming list or reservation, as provided below, shall be released from Group’s room block and Hotel may contract with other parties for the use of such rooms. Hotel will continue to accept reservations from Group’s attendees after that date at the prevailing room rate, subject to availability.
