Two years ago at our Region 5 Conference (Omaha - 2013) we had several new members who suggested that it might be a good idea to offer some sort of initiation session for new members, and a forum for prospective member programs to learn more about ACBSP.
Last year we hosted this event and had an overflow crowd who attended this session which included a brief history of the organization and what we can do at the regional level to assist new member programs on the road to accreditation.
